Just Maintenance Services started in 1992, running out the back of the family station wagon, acquiring any and all maintenance jobs that the small workforce of 2 people could manage from day to day.

The company has undergone many changes since those early days, growing steadily in staff numbers, client and customer groups and quality and quantity of jobs that are now provided.

Just Maintenance Services or JMS, undertakes all aspects of commercial building maintenance requirements, upgrades, de-fitting and end-of-lease cleanup or refurbishment.

We are able to deliver this scope of service because our field staff encompasses all trades. This in-house capability enables our clients to have cost effective management of multiple small service tasks required in commercial buildings because we charge an establishment fee once only in most cases where tradesmen attend site to undertake the desired works.

Today we employ 10 people as Office staff, Trades people, Trade apprentices and skilled and unskilled labours. The staff of Just Maintenance is the driving force being its current success.
